How do I check if my booking was successful?
You will receive a reservation requirement form via email once the reservation has been processed. Alternatively, you may call regarding any further queries on 021 439 4444.
Must I print out my booking reservation?
Yes – an original Identity document is also required to check in at the Hotel. We accept a valid South African Identity Card, valid South African Driver’s License and / or valid Passport.
In what currency do I pay for my stay?
South African Rands.
What is the earliest time I can check in?
The earliest you can check in is 14:00.
What is the latest time I can check out?
Strictly before 11:00.
Does the Hotel have car parking facilities?
The Hotel has secure parking on a first-come-first-serve basis as well as a full time security guard every evening.
What is the minimal nights I must book?
1 night.
What is the max number of nights to book?
The Hotel has no stipulation.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can – please refer to our cancelation policy.
Does the Hotel offer refunds?
Yes – please refer to our cancelation policy.
Is the Hotel self-catering?
Unfortunately the rooms do not have self-catering facilities – we do offer a variety of Vending Machines in the Reception Area.
Does the Hotel have internet access?
Yes – wireless internet is available.
Do the rooms have en-suite bathrooms?
Yes – all rooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and toilet.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes – all the rooms come with adjustable hot- or cold air-conditioners.
What are the beds like in the rooms?
All rooms have queen size beds.
Does the Hotel provide towels and soap?
Yes – soap, shampoo, shower gel and clean towels are provided daily.
Is there room service in the Hotel?
This service is unfortunately not available at our establishment.

The rooms have television. Please note, there are no telephones in the rooms.

Yes – all rooms have windows.
